Heriot-Watt Fashion Communication graduate, Grace Pierce, has joined us as Marketing Intern for six months. Grace will help develop KMsoft’s social media content, online blog and search optimisation strategy, as well as drafting useful guides for our customers.
During her time with us, Grace will also continue developing KMsoft’s marketing strategy, which was previously drafted by Michelle Lansdowne, and managed by Annette Lordereau. A focus during this time will be the production of visually appealing typography and graphics for social media, an area that Grace has thorough knowledge of. While at university, Grace also gained relevant skills in promotion, writing and merchandising, that will prove valuable to her work over the coming months.
These skills have enabled Grace to gain entrepreneurial experience in fashion reselling, spending a lot of her free time thrifting for hidden gems to promote and sell on her online shopfronts.
Working closely with Pete Thomson, Founder and CEO of KMsoft, Grace has already undertaken her first project; getting acquainted with the KMsoft brand and social media presence. She has also learned to use social media scheduling software.
Developing her communication skills, Grace will also help in the production of new videos for KMsoft’s YouTube channel, which will provide our customers with clear overviews of how our software, StockAssist Medical and StockAssist Industrial, can help improve their business performance.
StockAssist Medical is specially designed to help maximise healthcare and PPE stock efficiency, eliminating the risk of wastage. StockAssist Industrial, allows precise inventory and warehouse management by providing real-time stock reports, thus maximising time efficiency and accuracy. Creating engaging content to help our customers better understand the services and products we offer will be a great experience for a budding marketer like Grace!
