Once again, KMsoft have teamed up with a local university to offer a student the chance to experience a workplace placement over the summer.
This summer, Mhairi Campbell, a final year CyberSecurity student at Abertay university in Dundee has joined the team on a six-week work placement, partially funded by the Santander Internship program.
Mhairi said “The intership with KMsoft is a great opportunity to put some of the techniques we have learned over the last few years into practice in a real-world environment. This experience could prove vital when applying for roles after graduation”
The programme gives students access to the industries and organisations similar to those them aim to work in following graduation.
For the students it’s an excellent opportunity to gain vital work experience and for the SME, it’s a chance to work with talented young professionals.
